As the founder of Signing Starr Consulting and Nita's Silent Hands, Inc., she bridges the communication gap between Deaf and hearing communities, transforming how organizations show up for their teams through intentional leadership, not just policy.
Starr has trained staff for the City of Gastonia and NC DHHS.
